How long is the order processing time?

Orders for Stock Items will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days upon receipt of payment. Orders for Indent Items from Overseas may take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered upon receipt of payment.

How do I know if my order has been checked out successfully?

An email/SMS/Whatsapp message will be sent to you to confirm that your order is successful and being processed.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

For now we only accept Bank Transfer before delivery. For Bank transfers, kindly screenshot a copy of payment made either to our email address at sales.tipps.com.sg or whatsapps us before we send your orders.

Do you extend discounts for bulk or quantity orders?
